Department of Revenue

The United States of America Republic Department of Revenue (USAR DOR) is the official fiscal authority tasked with administering lawful taxation, managing public revenues, and supporting the financial infrastructure of the constitutional Republic. Its primary mission is to collect and steward public funds in accordance with constitutional mandates and the principles of limited government, transparency, and individual liberty.

Operating within the jurisdictional boundaries of the de jure Republic, the Department of Revenue functions to:

  • Lawfully assess and collect revenue in accordance with constitutional provisions, ensuring due process and protecting individual rights

  • Oversee the proper allocation and distribution of public funds to support essential services such as infrastructure, defense, and lawful governance

  • Maintain financial accountability through detailed public audits, reporting, and lawful oversight mechanisms

  • Educate the public on lawful taxation systems, promoting voluntary compliance rooted in informed consent

  • Investigate and prevent fraud, financial misconduct, and misappropriation of Republic funds

  • Cooperate with other departments, including the Department of Justice and the Treasury Office, to ensure lawful and ethical management of the Republic’s financial resources

The USAR Department of Revenue does not operate under maritime or corporate statutory systems, but rather under the original intent of the Constitution for the united States of America Republic (2015), with emphasis on lawful consent-based taxation and state sovereignty.

Leadership is provided by the Secretary of Revenue, who ensures that all operations are conducted within the bounds of natural law, constitutional authority, and with full accountability to the people of the Republic.

The Department aims to restore public trust in revenue systems by emphasizing transparency, lawful authority, and respect for the inherent rights of the People.
